Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
- At least 3 years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
- Strong proficiency in .NET development, particularly C# , within the Visual Studio environment
- Demonstrated experience in developing Dynamics 365 plugins, custom workflow activities, and client-side scripting (JavaScript)
- Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 data model, customization capabilities, and the SDK/APIs
- Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL for database queries and data manipulation
- Business fluent English skills are essential, with the talent to communicate complex technical content clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders
- A strong focus on results, openness to new ideas and creative solutions, and a high level of customer centricity combined with intercultural skills round off your profile
- General willingness to travel internationally for project rollouts or workshops (approx. 20%)
Responsibilities
- Development & Customization: Design, develop, test, and deploy robust custom solutions, plugins, custom workflow activities, and web resources within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) using C#/.NET and JavaScript
- Second level support for tickets (bugs, change requests, process consulting) of the international subsidiaries
- Development, continuous optimization and execution of target group-specific training modules and training materials. You conduct the training courses and workshops digitally and on site
- Community management: preparation and hosting of user events on innovations and current projects, best practice sharing and voting topics
- As a second step: project lead for international CRM rollout projects - from gap-fit workshops to training of key users, system and go-live preparation, subsequent hypercare support and lessons learned sessions
