Developer Productivity Engineer

Summary

Join Nx as a Developer Productivity Engineer (DPE) and empower engineering teams to achieve faster delivery. You will play a crucial role in supporting sales by participating in introductory calls, leading Nx Cloud trials, and building business cases. Furthermore, you will foster strong customer relationships, guide product onboarding, and optimize their CI/CD processes. Your responsibilities include creating annual customer plans, conducting regular check-ins, and identifying opportunities for account expansion. Success in this role is measured by account retention, expansion, and overall customer satisfaction. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend introductory sales calls and answer technical questions
• Give product demos/workshops
• Lead trials of Nx Cloud
• Identify customer goals and success metrics
• Capture before and after metrics
• Communicate with engineers and senior management
• Support during the procurement process
• Lead new customer onboarding efforts
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders
• Provide training as needed
• Create annual plans with and for our customers
• Lead customer check-ins
• Lead annual reviews
• Identify opportunities for account expansion
• Work closely with Nx account managers on renewal and expansion efforts
• Lead demos/workshops with new teams

Preferred Qualifications

Occasional travel to visit customers and to attend industry events
