Summary
Join Rasa as a Senior Engineer, Developer Relations, and dedicate approximately 20% of your time to contributing to our codebase while focusing on DevRel work. As a senior DevRel engineer, you will leverage your creativity and technical skills to inspire developers to build exceptional applications with Rasa. You will build cool things with Rasa, create benchmarks and demos, build relationships with adjacent technologies, stay updated on AI/ML trends, produce educational content, and strengthen our community. You will report to the co-founder/CTO. This role requires senior-level coding skills, a strong understanding of ML fundamentals, and excellent presentation, public speaking, and technical writing abilities. Requirements
- You code at a Senior Engineer level
- You have a solid understanding of ML fundamentals & would be comfortable explaining ideas like backprop, beam search, attention, DPO, etc
- You have strong presentation, public speaking, and technical writing skills
- You can build compelling prototypes quickly
- You are plugged into social media and know how to build an audience
- You are innately curious about how things work
Responsibilities
- Building cool things with Rasa and adjacent technologies, sharing the code and producing compelling content around it
- ~20% of your time contributing to our core codebase & influencing our product roadmap
- Creating benchmarks and demos to illustrate the advantages of Rasaβs CALM approach
- Building relationships with adjacent technologies (speech APIs, LLM providers, vector DBs, etc) and co-creating content to broaden our audience
- Staying up-to-date with AI/ML social media and contributing to the conversation
- Producing educational content
- Strengthening our community (on our forum, github, youtube, social media, etc)
