As part of an Agile team, you will design and implement secure, scalable solutions to ensure seamless data flow and system stability. Requirements
- Have 7+ years of professional experience
- Have 3+ years of experience creating/maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Cloudbees and/or Harness
- Have 3+ years of experience with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts)
- Possess in-depth knowledge of DevOps best practices
- Have software development experience with Java and/or Groovy
- Have experience with AWS (ECS, RDS, etc.)
- Have experience with Ansible for automating infrastructure deployment, configuration management and system orchestration
- Have experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Have experience with Git and the Gitflow development workflow
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Possess a #GetShitDone mentality
- Hold a Bachelorโs in Computer Science or related field
- Be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance
Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable solutions that help millions of applicants navigate the citizenship and visa process
- Ensure data flows seamlessly and systems stay running smoothly
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Cloudbees and/or Harness
- Work with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts)
- Utilize DevOps best practices
- Develop software using Java and/or Groovy
- Use AWS (ECS, RDS, etc.)
- Use Ansible for automating infrastructure deployment, configuration management and system orchestration
- Use infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications
- Have a background with Java / Spring development
- Have experience with tools like Splunk & New Relic for monitoring & logging
- Hold CompTIA Security+ and/or Linux+ certifications
- Have experience working with the government, specifically with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
