The role involves leading internal product development and innovation projects, analyzing business drivers, designing co-innovation strategies, and managing complex initiatives.

Requirements

• Profound experience with Billing and Payments processes and Accounting processes in the insurance industry
• A deep understanding of the value chain of a primary insurer is expected
• Focus on collection and disbursement processes in the Property and Casualty, Life and Pensions and/or Health insurance
• Profound experience with any Billing and Payments solutions (12 years or more) in a highly reputed consulting company or in an insurance company
• Experience in software development of high volume processing cloud applications
• University degree in information technology, computer science or business administration
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture- Ability to manage complex initiatives with minimal oversight
• Experience in major system implementations / or upgrades for Insurance Companies including full life cycle implementations
• Experience in planning and managing Pre-Sales DEMO’s, PoC exercises and Innovation programs

Responsibilities

• Lead internal Product Development and Innovation Projects
• Leading the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive enterprise business, information, technical and solution architecture requirements
• Analysis of technology, industry, and market trends, and determining the potential impact of these on Billing and Payment space
• Design Product Co-Innovation strategies and proposals with customers
• Understanding, advocating, and supporting the FS-CD IT Strategy
• Project Management for Long-Term delivery and implementations
• Travel to Client Location up to 30%
