Join Bloomerang as a DevOps Engineer and contribute to modernizing our platform infrastructure and internal tooling. You will be responsible for infrastructure projects, incident response, setting up monitoring/alerting, assisting with CI/CD pipelines, and participating in server migrations and VPN implementation. This fully remote position requires cloud expertise (AWS), Linux or Windows server administration, experience with monitoring and alerting, CI/CD practices, scripting proficiency, and project management ticketing system knowledge. Requirements
- Mindfulness for the internal developer experience of processes and tooling
- Cloud expertise (AWS)
- Linux or Windows server OS administration
- Experience with monitoring and alerting system configurations
- CI/CD practices and automation tools
- Scripting language proficiency
- Bash, PowerShell, Python
- Project management ticketing systems for task delegation, e.g. Jira
- Git proficiency and version/source control tools, e.g. Github, Bitbucket
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for infrastructure related projects
- Respond to incidents and other issues as part of an on-call rotation
- Set up monitoring/alerting as needed, to ensure the uptime and reliability of the application infrastructure
- Assist with building and enhancing CI/CD pipelines
- Assist in a migration from Windows servers to Linux for .NET Core
- Help Implement a new VPN system
- Streamline and enhance deployment strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud Experience (GCP, Azure)
- IaC expertise, e.g. Terraform, Cloudformation, AWS CDK
- ExpGrafana, Graylog, Kibana, Stackdriver, Datadog, etc
- Containerization and orchestration
- Docker
- Kubernetes

- Salary range: $96,000 - $143,500
- Eligibility for a discretionary bonus
