DevOps Engineer

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our product and infrastructure. This role requires 3+ years of DevOps experience, proficiency with cloud providers (GCP preferred), and experience with containerization and CI/CD pipelines. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related field
• Proven track record of owning product reliability and implementing proactive monitoring and alerting systems
• Background with a cloud provider such as GCP or AWS is required
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Experience with creation of CI/CD pipelines designed to speed deployments without losing quality

Responsibilities

• Design, build, maintain, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines
• Own the reliability of our products by implementing proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to address production issues
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve stability and performance
• Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices with an eye toward cost effective scalability
• Help establish and standardize the developer tool chain to improve collaboration, productivity, and consistency across the engineering team

Preferred Qualifications

• GCP is strongly preferred
• Experience with Elasticsearch, hosted or managed, strongly preferred
