DevOps Engineer

Summary

Join the IoT Technology team of Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary and work on big data, data analytics, and IoT solution implementation projects. Develop and deploy infrastructure-as-code into multiple cloud runtime environments, provide abstract interfaces for automation backend, and coordinate security measures.

Requirements

• 1+ years of DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering experience
• Strong communication skills and excellent written and verbal communication competences in English language
• Eagerness to continually learn, grow and improve in a collaborative team environment
• Experience maintaining and deploying to Docker/Kubernetes (docker, kubectl, helm, managed/unmanaged on cloud, on premises)
• Knowledge of Security Infrastructure Technology
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with Helm
• Experience with EKS
• Experience with EFK Stack
• Experience with Jenkins
• Good understanding of networks esp. in cloud environments

Responsibilities

• Develop, Document, Integrate and Deploy Infrastructure-As-Code into Multiple and Staged Cloud Runtime Environments
• Provide abstract interfaces for an overarching automation backend
• Coordinate security measures in various layers of a resource management product
• Monitor and Ensure Code Security & Quality using Standard Tools and Rulesets
• Monitor and Ensure Runtime Quality using Standard Tools and Rulesets

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in agile
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Further Tools experience: git
• Experience with Gitlab CI/CD (gitlab runners), github actions
• Experience with GitOps Tools (e.g. ArgoCD, FluxCD)
• Experience with Monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Grafana Stack, Prometheus
• Experience with Jira, Confluence
