DevOps Engineer

Requirements

• Experience in DevOps, with a strong background in cloud platforms (AWS) and infrastructure automation
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Ability to assess and choose the most effective tools and solutions based on technical and business needs
• Proven experience guiding teams and making strategic decisions to improve infrastructure and processes
• Skilled in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities to achieve operational goals

Responsibilities

• Drive Infrastructure Automation: Develop and manage automation frameworks and tools to improve scalability, efficiency, and consistency across our infrastructure
• Enable Continuous Delivery: Design and implement CI/CD pipelines that ensure rapid, high-quality code deployments and enable smooth delivery processes
• Enhance Observability & Security: Lead efforts to improve monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, ensuring infrastructure security and observability across all environments
• Promote Standards & Best Practices: Define and enforce best practices in DevOps methodologies, guiding teams to achieve operational excellence
• Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Analyze new tools and technologies to continually improve infrastructure, optimize costs, and increase reliability
• Provide Leadership & Mentorship: Support and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with software engineering, architecture, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices across the company
