DevOps Engineer

Requirements

• Have at least 4 years of hands-on DevOps experience (depending on the level of the project team's autonomy)
• Possess solid skills in designing, implementing and maintaining AWS solutions, a minimum of 2 years experience in that field
• Have a broad knowledge of AWS services - ability to identify and match the best solution
• Demonstrate long-term commitment
• Show willingness to take accountability and accept responsibility for the results
• Possess problem-solving skills to catch and solve problems early
• Have strong communication and cooperation skills
• Have a good command of English - mainly written

Responsibilities

• Work as DevOps and AWS Engineer for online card payment system that processes millions of transactions a day for 1000+ merchants in 160 currencies, with 99,995% uptime
• Design and implement AWS Cloud Services architecture
• Develop, configure and maintain Cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) based on CloudFormation/CDK
• Design and implement CI/CD
• Consult, plan and ensure security of ongoing and new projects
• Run postmortem analysis and countermeasures implementation
• Prepare the organization for PCI compliance audit

Preferred Qualifications

• Have familiarity with PCI DSS standards
• Have AWS Security Specialty Certification
