Requirements
- 1+ years experience with Docker and container orchestration systems (AWS ECS, Kubernetes)
- Linux administration experience (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian)
- Experience with CI/CD processes and tools, automated builds and deployments
- Experience in configuration management (CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform)
- Experience with monitoring tools
- Strong scripting experience
- Clear communication
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure web infrastructure and applications
- Monitoring Infrastructure for availability, performance and security
- Devise appropriate release procedures for applications and services
- Plan and upgrade the infrastructure and products
- Recommend and implement tools for performance, security and availability
- Automate processes where possible
- Ensure compliance to security risks
- Operational support, raise alerts to development team
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and or Go
- Certification in AWS such as Solution Architect, DevOps Engineer
- Well versed in DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP networking and security
