Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in a hands-on technical role
  • Proven ability managing teams across multiple projects and clients, and the ability to lead conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • AZ900 Certification and familiarity working with Microsoft Azure Cloud
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, including deployments and troubleshooting
  • Strong common sense and practical judgment in day-to-day decision-making
  • Ability to provide strategic direction to a mostly self-sufficient team of 9 people
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and Lead: Drive the growth and performance of a team of Azure professionals. Mentor team members, foster collaboration, and align individual goals with organizational objectives
  • Shape Strategy: Be the critical link between technical execution and business needs. Help your team deliver innovative solutions that exceed stakeholder expectations
  • Stay Hands-On: Stay connected to your technical roots by leading teams working on designs, solving complex issues, and preparing for upcoming sprints
  • Coordinate Agile Workflows: Lead daily stand-ups, plan priorities, and ensure smooth project execution following agile (Scrum) methodologies
  • Engage Stakeholders: Participate in client meetings, internal discussions, and project planning to align team deliverables with business goals
  • Participate in HR Responsibilities: Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and personal development plans, ensuring team success and satisfaction
