Requirements

  • 5+ years in DevOps / Software Engineering with deep technical expertise
  • 3+ years leading teams, with a proven track record of developing people and fostering team engagement
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to connect platform goals to business outcomes
  • Passion for building intuitive, efficient, and empowering developer experiences

Responsibilities

  • Lead the shift from DevOps to a platform-centric mindset, redefining how we build and operate systems
  • Inspire and guide a talented team — setting direction, coaching for growth, and fostering a culture of trust, ownership, and high performance
  • Build developer velocity by creating a scalable, self-service platform that simplifies delivery, eliminates toil, and accelerates innovation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with development, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless platform adoption
  • Champion best practices in automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native development
  • Continuously optimize – identifying bottlenecks, improving processes, and driving operational excellence
