Diagnostics Service Technician

Summary

Join Bosch Automotive Aftermarket (MA-AS) as a Finnish and Swedish speaking Remote Diagnostics Service Technician in our Vantaa office! You will provide technical support for vehicle repair and diagnostic problems in workshops, working closely with national and international customers. Your main tasks involve problem-solving using various tools for remote diagnostics, parameterizations, and calibrations. You'll collaborate in an international team, contributing to service optimization. This is a 2-year fixed-term position with occasional travel across Europe. Requirements

• Completed university studies (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in vehicle technology, motorcycle technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable course of study, or training as a master or state-certified technician
• Knowledge in the field of vehicle diagnostics
• Expertise in handling IT systems
• Experience in direct customer contact (order acceptance, hotline support)
• Be a team player with excellent communication skills
• Work in an organized and structured manner, act independently, persevere and adapt to flexible tasks
• Excellent spoken and written proficiency in Finnish and Swedish
• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for vehicle repair and diagnostic problems in vehicle workshops
• Work closely with national and international customers, focusing on problem-solving
• Use different tools to perform remote diagnostic procedures, parameterizations and calibrations
