Requirements
- 2+ years of client-facing experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Quick learner with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Process improvement mindset
- Experience managing technical implementations, such as SSO integration
Responsibilities
- Lead clients through a successful implementation, from onboarding to product configuration and support
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align client needs with internal workflows, ensuring a smooth launch
- Conduct kickoff meetings and implementation calls, with a focus on scaled account management for a high-volume client base post-onboarding
- Develop and maintain project timelines for both clients and internal teams
- Provide training, user documentation, and educational resources in partnership with Marketing
- Serve as the internal client advocate, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption
- Track engagement metrics and demonstrate ROI to clients through strategic positioning
- Coordinate with Support, Product, and Marketing teams to address client needs and resolve issues proactively
- Partner with Relationship Management to facilitate seamless contract renewals
