Requirements

  • 2+ years of client-facing experience
  • Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Quick learner with problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Process improvement mindset
  • Experience managing technical implementations, such as SSO integration

Responsibilities

  • Lead clients through a successful implementation, from onboarding to product configuration and support
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align client needs with internal workflows, ensuring a smooth launch
  • Conduct kickoff meetings and implementation calls, with a focus on scaled account management for a high-volume client base post-onboarding
  • Develop and maintain project timelines for both clients and internal teams
  • Provide training, user documentation, and educational resources in partnership with Marketing
  • Serve as the internal client advocate, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption
  • Track engagement metrics and demonstrate ROI to clients through strategic positioning
  • Coordinate with Support, Product, and Marketing teams to address client needs and resolve issues proactively
  • Partner with Relationship Management to facilitate seamless contract renewals
