Summary
Join TAG, a digital agency, as a fully remote Digital Analyst based in the US. You will lead analytics audits, support analytics setup and performance monitoring, inform CRO strategies, collaborate with various teams to translate data into impactful web strategies, define and track KPIs, provide strategic POV on consent and privacy compliance, and partner on large-scale migrations or redesigns. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in a digital strategy, analytics, or marketing operations role, fluency in GA4, BigQuery & Tag Manager, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Familiarity with consent management platforms and compliance frameworks is a plus. Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience in a digital strategy, analytics, or marketing operations role, ideally within an agency or consulting environment
- Are fluent in GA4, BigQuery & Tag Manager
- Understand how to bridge the gap between business questions and data—translating what you see into what to do
- Are familiar with consent management platforms (like OneTrust) and understand basic compliance frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, and CPRA
- Are confident presenting to stakeholders, asking smart questions, and guiding clients toward scalable, data-informed decisions
- Are energized by working in a fast-paced environment with a mix of B2B and DTC clients across a variety of industries
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics audits to assess current tracking implementations (GA4, GTM, Amplitude, Triple Whale, etc.) and identify gaps in data accuracy, visibility, and compliance
- Support analytics setup, QA, and performance monitoring, including BigQuery integration, event modeling, and UTM taxonomy structure
- Inform and shape CRO strategies using insights from analytics platforms, heatmapping tools, and behavioral data
- Collaborate with design, development, and client services to translate data into impactful web strategies and A/B testing ideas
- Define and track KPIs across client websites and campaigns, contributing to quarterly roadmaps and QBRs
- Provide strategic POV on consent and privacy compliance, collaborating with developers and client legal teams where necessary (OneTrust, cookie banners, data retention, etc.)
- Partner on large-scale migrations or redesigns, with emphasis on tracking continuity, data layer validation, and analytics parity post-launch
- Support SEO strategies with data-driven insights—leveraging keyword rankings, search performance, user journeys, and conversion metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- You’ve worked in Shopify or Drupal, and have experience with ecommerce analytics or tagging complexities in headless builds
- Have worked with SEO tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Search Console, and know how to tie rankings back to traffic and conversions
