Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience (internship or junior role) in digital projects, tech consulting, or business/IT analysis
• Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to solve problems with data and logic
• Basic understanding or interest in AI, cloud, or digital transformation technologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a passion for innovation
• Fluent in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Support Digital Strategy Projects
• Assist in the delivery of digital initiatives from research to implementation
• Help analyze business needs, collect requirements, and identify opportunities
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand how AI, data, and cloud technologies solve real-world problems
• Track project milestones and contribute to reports and presentations
• Work alongside experienced strategists and consultants
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, innovation workshops, and strategic reviews
• Help develop business cases and learn how to translate technical ideas into business value
• Research market trends and emerging technologies
• Bring fresh perspectives to improve how we work and how our clients succeed
