Requirements
- Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems
- Knowledge of metadata standards and experience creating or working with metadata schemas and tagging systems
- Basic understanding of controlled vocabularies and taxonomy building
- Strong file organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to assess, clean up, and re-catalog large volumes of digital content
- Basic skills in Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools for summarizing data
- Clear writing and documentation skills (to create training materials, guides, and protocols)
- Basic UX/UI or human-centered design knowledge (to enhance system usability)
- You are available from July to August 18, 2025
- You have your own laptop or computer and a stable internet connection in order to work remotely
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders

Responsibilities
- Play a key role in organizing a growing library of creative and educational assets for real-world use
- Design smart systems, from folder structures to metadata tagging, that make content easier to find and use
- Build foundational experience in digital asset management, taxonomy, and workflow optimization
- Have opportunities to develop strategic and impactful project assignments that support the company's key objectives and priorities
- Have opportunities to present your findings and recommendations to leaders and teams across our organization
