Digital Assets Coordinator

Summary

Sunco Lighting is seeking a Digital Assets Coordinator to manage their organization's digital assets. The coordinator will collaborate with creative teams, develop project plans, coordinate with marketing and e-commerce teams, conduct competitive research, review and revise submitted assets, manage the organization and storage of digital assets, monitor asset performance, and stay updated with industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital asset management, preferably in an e-commerce or marketing environment
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external contractors
• Proficiency in digital asset management tools and software
• Working knowledge of design concepts
• Proficiency with the Adobe creative suite
• Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative teams to plan and execute the creation of digital assets
• Develop and maintain a project plan for the creation and delivery of digital assets
• Coordinate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to understand product requirements
• Conduct competitive research to identify relevant product features, keywords, creative direction and differentiators for creating product scripts
• Review and make final, minor, creative revisions in Figma, Photoshop, or illustrator, to submitted assets
• Manage the organization and storage of digital assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of digital assets across web stores, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Amazon and Shopify platforms is a plus
• Availability to work Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Benefits

$25 - $30 an hour
