Requirements

• Good graphical design portfolio with focus on brand design and online campaign direction & production
• Ability to create engaging graphic content for high profile brands
• Brand asset creation of online campaigns
• Proven ability to produce design works from concept to delivery
• Eye for digital design, typography and color
• Motivation to manage your own projects and work with passion for details
• Extensive online expertise
• Able to craft and develop captivating and engaging layouts and compositions
• Proficiency in utilizing Figma & Sketch
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship in all facets of design, from conceptualization to comprehensive brand evolution, encompassing campaigns and dynamic motion graphics
• Attention to detail and a keen awareness of emerging trend
• Adept at pushing boundaries while upholding brand integrity
• Great at staying organized and communicating effectively, smoothly juggling multiple projects with ease and clarity
• Excellent English language skills, German language skills are a plus
