Digital Copywriter

Summary

Join our team as a Digital Copywriter to create engaging content for B2B and consumer audiences. You will develop and optimize content aligned with our content strategy and client needs, edit and write high-quality branded content, conduct thorough research, and perform keyword research. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure brand consistency. This is a remote, contract position offering 35-40 hours per week for 8 months, with benefits available. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience creating content for websites or blogs and proven ability to write for both B2B and direct-to-consumer audiences.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience creating content for websites or blogs
• Proven ability to write for both B2B and direct-to-consumer audiences
• Experience writing for the web (SEO copywriting with keywords, title tags, and meta descriptions)
• Passion for reading, writing, and editing educational content and feature articles
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, including impeccable spelling and grammar
• A collaborative team player with a solutions-oriented mentality and a positive communication style
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressures
• An online electronic portfolio/or sharable document showcasing at least three examples of your work is required as part of the application process

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize engaging content aligned with our overall content strategy, search analytics, and client requirements
• Edit and write high-quality branded content, including long-form pieces like blogs and articles
• Conduct thorough research to gather facts and organize writing ideas for assigned topics and content types
• Perform basic keyword research to identify organic ranking opportunities
• Partner effectively with stakeholders across various departments within a matrixed organization
• Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and approach across all digital written materials

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Health and Wellness industry
• Familiarity with SEO keyword research tools and techniques
• Experience with AI prompting tools
