Join Blue Acorn iCi as a Digital Data Manager, a subject matter expert on data within digitally enabled customer ecosystems. Collaborate with various stakeholders to design, specify, and test data for digital customer experiences. Participate in the software development lifecycle of digital experiences and possess expertise in managing digital customer data for segmentation and analytics. Understand first and third-party data to describe customer activities for contextual marketing and personalization. Define data collection activities for projects, including analysis, metric definition, technical documentation, and quality assurance. Requirements

  • Strong writing skills including the ability to write Analytics requirements concisely and clearly for audiences ranging from business stakeholders to technical developers
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines and be simultaneously customer oriented and process oriented
  • Possesses demonstrable analytical skills with ability to identify/analyze/synthesize business needs into business requirements and can then translate those business requirements into technical data collection requirements for developers

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with experience design, business execution, digital analytics, and digital technology stakeholders to design, specify, and perform quality testing for data created in the client's digital customer experiences
  • Participant in the software development and experience authoring life cycle of the client's digital experiences
  • Expert in the technologies used to manage digital customer data for segmentation and for analytics
  • Need to understand the first and third party data required to describe the customer and the customer's activities across their interactions with the company for purposes of segmentation definition to enable contextual marketing and personalization
  • Defines data collection activities for projects that create or modify customer facing digital experiences, including app and web. This includes analysis of what needs to be measured; definition of new metrics and dimensions including prescribing values for those metrics and dimensions; creation of technical documentation for developers and authors to enable the collection of data; and execution of quality assurance activities to validate that the data is being produced and captured per the design
