Summary

Braintrust is seeking a House of Brands Designer for a remote freelance/contract position with an estimated duration of 25 hours per week. The designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand identities, providing creative direction, managing brand assets, conducting research, and collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

Please be aware that this is a part-time opportunity with varying weekly hours. However, there is potential for this contract to transition into a full-time position

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand identities for our portfolio of brands, ensuring consistency and alignment with each brand's values and target audience
• Create visual design concepts, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery, that reflect the essence of each brand
• Produce high-quality brand guidelines that clearly communicate the visual standards and elements for each brand
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to provide design direction and ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines
• Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas to support brand campaigns and initiatives
• Manage and organize brand assets, including logos, templates, and design files, to facilitate easy access and consistency across various teams
• Update and maintain brand assets as needed to reflect evolving brand strategies and market trends
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices to ensure our brands remain relevant and competitive
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify design opportunities and areas for improvement
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand their design needs and deliver solutions
