Requirements

3+ years of experience in digital design
A portfolio showcasing your past work (with standout product webpages and interface design as a huge plus)
High proficiency in graphic tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with prototyping and UI design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for smoother collaboration with web developers
Proven experience in creating social media visuals (posts, banners)
Experience in designing and optimizing emails for campaigns
A deep understanding of UX principles and UX research
Ability to create responsive designs that work across various devices and screen sizes
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creativity and a knack for innovative problem-solving
Strong communication skills and the ability to present your ideas effectively

Responsibilities

Work on web products (research, improvement)
