Digital Marketing Lecturer

Summary

The job is for a part-time Lecturer at HyperionDev, a leading software development education provider. The role involves delivering live lectures and workshops to aspiring Digital Marketing professionals. The candidate should have a deep understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and be passionate about guiding tech professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Digital Marketing, Education, or a related field with extensive professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years in a Digital Marketing role within the industry
• Proven track record of successful Digital Marketing experience
• Prior teaching or training experience, preferably in an online setting
• Experience with curriculum development and online learning delivery
• Familiarity with challenges in the tech industry

Responsibilities

• Deliver the HyperionDev course content in the form of lectures and tutorial sessions
• Support Lecturers and Learning Design with developing lecture content, mini-lessons, lesson plans and presentations on a weekly basis as per a structured learning path and in response to student needs
• Assist with the identification and implementing of new strategies for improving overall pedagogy and quality of lectures
• Provide mentorship and guidance to students
• Assess student performance and provide feedback
• Review and update course content and teaching methods in accordance with strategies that senior lecturers and managers have developed
• Support the curriculum planning
• Take part in the planning and execution of Lecturing Schedules under the guidance of senior lecturers and management

Preferred Qualifications

• Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Digital Marketing, Education, or a related tech field
• Certification in Digital Marketing
