Digital Marketing Facilitator

Summary

The job is for a part-time course facilitator at HyperionDev, a leading global provider of software development education. The role involves assisting the lecturer in delivering the course, supporting group lectures, moderating online discussions, and helping solve student queries. The ideal candidate should have a background in Digital Marketing and technology, with at least 2 years of experience in a relevant role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Digital Marketing, Education, or a related tech field)
• Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role within the tech industry or education
• Prior experience in mentoring, tutoring, or facilitation, preferably in an online setting
• Experience with online course facilitation and student support
• Familiarity with challenges and opportunities in the tech industry
• Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and support adult learners
• Proficiency with online learning platforms and tools
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and support

Responsibilities

• Assist the lecturer with grading assignments and projects
• Moderate online discussion boards to ensure a productive and supportive learning environment
• Act as a moderator during live lectures and workshops, managing Q&A sessions and ensuring smooth operation
• Facilitate 1:1 synchronous calls with students to provide additional support and address any challenges they encounter with the course material
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students
• Support students in understanding course content and completing tasks and projects
• Monitor student progress and engagement, identifying and addressing any issues that arise
• Collaborate with the lecturer and course design team to ensure a high-quality learning experience

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Digital Marketing
