Responsibilities

• Be responsible for marketing efforts for BELAY’s paid channel lead generation and market momentum
• Collaborate with the marketing team, and oversee the paid channel vendors to ensure successful campaigns and continued revisions and optimizations to increase results
• Cultivate a deep understanding of the customer journey for our service lines from our current paid media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and look for new opportunities
• Design and implement paid strategies for the channels that put us in front of prospects and move them through the customer journey to drive awareness, consideration and conversion to grow revenue
