Summary

MonetizeMore is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support their LATAM region. As part of the Marketing Team, the specialist will develop and execute digital marketing strategies, optimize digital channels, and increase brand awareness through various channels. The candidate must be a native Spanish speaker with excellent written skills, fluent in English, hold a Bachelor's degree, have proven experience in digital marketing, and possess strong analytical, communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with excellent written skills
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing (within the ad tech industry is a plus)
• Demonstrated expertise in managing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on driving measurable results and ROI
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and exploring innovative marketing strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads through various digital channels such as display advertising, paid search, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value keywords and opportunities for organic traffic growth, and optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and creative to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and product offerings

Preferred Qualifications

Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
