Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven ability to develop engaging social media content
• Experience in managing and growing online communities, and engaging with followers
• 1+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute organic social media content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals
• Play an active role in setting up, testing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads)

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with social media management tools like Later for scheduling and automating posts
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, or Socialbakers for tracking and analyzing performance
• Knowledge of Analytics tools such as Looker/Tableau
