Digital Product Owner

Summary

This role requires close collaboration with development teams, prioritizing tasks, and mentoring junior Product Owners. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager and excels in communication and collaboration. A strong understanding of the agile software development cycle and the value of digital products is essential. Work authorization within the European Union is required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager
• Enjoys building and maintaining good relationships with people, including senior management
• Communicates clearly, understandably and persuasively in English and Polish
• Committed, autonomous and efficient
• Knows how to act swiftly with a view to long-term results
• Familiar with the full agile software development cycle
• Understands the importance of digital products to businesses and organizations
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required

Responsibilities

• Supporting senior management in defining the product portfolio
• Working on business cases together with the Head of Product
• Responsible for product roadmaps, managing high-level requirements
• Co-creating and modeling a vision of the solution, adequate to the customer’s priorities and resources
• Specifying functional and non-functional features of the developed IT systems
• Working closely with development teams to plan and prioritize tasks
• Supporting and sharing knowledge with less experienced Product Owners managing other products
