Summary

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Current Notary License. for state of residency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with video conferencing/database platforms
• Excellent working knowledge of Google Workspaces/Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Have a full and complete understanding of the legal process and requirements for the state of residency as well as basic national knowledge

Responsibilities

• Assisting with live Prevail depositions/sessions
• Recording on Prevail platform
• Deposition Read on/Swearing in Witness
• Marking and maintaining Exhibits
• Monitoring and managing the session
• Assisting any sessions with technical/administrative needs
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Benefits

$20 - $25 an hour
