- Bachelorβs degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel up to 10-15% periodically
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between Spyglass clients and the Quisitive team
- Participate in new security implementations and planning
- Conduct security advisement sessions including service discussions, license review and compliance requirements
- Manage client security issues and requests
- Work with clients to improve their understanding of their security state and monitor the effectiveness of their tools and processes
- Monitor and interpret security and analytics tools, dashboards, and reports
- Assist with security architecture and adoption planning to optimize the value tools and licenses provide to the client
- Analyze trends and make recommendations to improve client security related to external and internal threats, such as malware or data leakage
- Guide client conversations to road map additional security and enhancement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS)
- Experience working with Office 365 Security features
- Experience mapping Compliance and Security requirements to technical controls, such as PCI, or HIPAA
- CompTIA Security+
- CEH: Certified Ethical Hacker
- GSEC: SANS GIAC Security Essentials
