Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in web production, digital marketing, or related roles
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Excellent project management skills
• Practical experience with SEO best practices for optimizing website content and driving organic traffic
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company website, including content updates, feature enhancements, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align website initiatives with business objectives and brand guidelines
• Utilize content management systems to publish, edit, and organize website content
• Track requests for web changes, updates, and new projects
• Contribute to the execution of marketing plans with editing, QAing, and posting web content
• Monitor website performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Act as product champion of the Marketing team for our Content Management System (CMS) and train new users on the CMS and web tools as necessary
• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on website management processes and best practices

Preferred Qualifications

Agile/Scrum certification or experience
