Summary

We are seeking an experienced Direct Response Video Ad Specialist to create compelling video ads for ecommerce products, focusing on platforms like YouTube and TikTok. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of video editing experience, 1+ years in creating Direct Response video ads, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements

• 3+ years of video editing experience
• 1+ years of experience in creating Direct Response video ads
• Experience in creating video ads for YouTube and TikTok
• Portfolio showcasing Direct Response video ads in the e-commerce sector
• Deep understanding of e-commerce marketing and the ability to translate product features into compelling video content
• Innovative and creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong storytelling skills to create emotionally resonant video content
• Ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with team members
• Ability to adapt to changing trends and algorithms in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape
• Proactive in seeking out and implementing new strategies
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets
• Overlap with 9am-5pm CST required

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce high-quality, engaging Direct Response video ads for ecommerce products using in-house content, UGC and other creative assets
• Utilize creativity and storytelling techniques to capture the target audience's attention and drive conversions
• Conduct research to understand the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and pain points. Tailor video ad content accordingly
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, graphic designers, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
