Join PartsSource as the Director of Ambulatory Sales, a critical leadership role responsible for leading a sales channel, managing a team, and achieving revenue objectives. You will plan and manage the Go-To-Market strategy, driving customer acquisition and leading sales professionals to meet sales goals. This role involves developing tactical plans, implementing strategies, providing resources, and tracking progress. You will build and coach a high-performing team, mentor sales staff, and engage necessary resources. Operational rigor and sales enablement are key, including managing the sales pipeline and the entire sales process. Strong relationship management and customer outreach are also crucial, requiring collaboration with various teams. The ideal candidate is a bright, dynamic, and passionate leader with a proven track record in healthcare sales management.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Seven (7+) years of experience, including 5 years in healthcare sales management
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required

Responsibilities

  • Lead a sales channel and actively manage team members to defined processes and metrics
  • Manage strategic partnerships to achieve revenue objectives
  • Reinforce the established sales culture
  • Plan, organize, and manage the Go-To-Market strategy
  • Drive customer acquisition and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals
  • Develop tactical plans and implement effective strategies
  • Provide essential resources and track progress to ensure success
  • Mentor and coach Business Development Representatives and sales support staff on sales process to support growth
  • Mentor and assist the team with sales tactics, identifying buying signals, handling objections, and deal strategies
  • Engage the right resources (including themselves) at the right times; resources include executive leadership, pre-sales, service, pricing, and sales support
  • Motivate and coach sales teams in prospecting and selling, including support in pursuing and closing new and install base deals
  • Build, monitor, and orchestrate sales pipeline to ensure continuous population of near to long term opportunities
  • Manage the size and quality of pipeline; analyze overall win rates and win/loss ratios
  • Manage strategy and the entire sales process, covering prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, contracting, and handoff for implementation
  • Effectively use and reinforce the use of sales tools, data and metrics to drive continuous improvement and overall sales effectiveness
  • Build relationships across strategic accounts and serve as key stakeholder between organizations
  • Assist sales team in development of new enterprise ambulatory relationships
  • Partner with colleagues in Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Engineering, Contracting, and Implementation to spark outbound interest, establish compelling value, and navigate the buying process more effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large, for-profit Ambulatory chains
  • Experience working in a hyper-growth or start-up type of business
