Summary

Join M-Files, a leading platform for knowledge work automation, as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in B2B Software Cloud Migration. Lead a top-priority program driving customer cloud adoption. Evangelize cloud migration internally and externally, ensuring successful execution across all program phases. Develop program strategy, shape workstreams and timelines, and guide successful execution. This role requires deep B2B enterprise SaaS cloud migration experience and champions cloud adoption. The role is ideally based in Finland, but US-based applicants will be considered (relocation not offered).

Requirements

  • Deep experience in cloud infrastructure/B2B software cloud migration
  • Proven success in enterprise-level initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative, customer-first mindset
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and guide
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving environments
  • Background in professional services, customer success, sales, or support
  • Strong conversational English
  • Experience driving customer migrations directly or via consultancy

Responsibilities

  • Define and continually refine program strategy, scope, and execution plans, incorporating best practices and lessons learned
  • Act as a trusted partner to the Program Manager and cross-functional leaders, offering actionable recommendations based on domain expertise
  • Proactively identify challenges and opportunities; take initiative to mitigate risks and enhance performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support enablement and ensure business readiness
  • Champion cloud migration benefits to customers and internal teams, driving adoption and engagement
  • Leverage experience in services, success, sales, and support to ensure smooth transitions and high customer satisfaction
  • Engage regularly with executive stakeholders and business leaders
  • Coordinate across Product, Operations, GTM, and Finance teams
  • Interface with vendors or external consultants as needed
