  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction management planning and execution, providing strategic direction and oversight
  • Develop and implement construction management processes, standards, and best practices
  • Oversee all phases of data center construction projects, from initial planning and design through to completion and commissioning
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and project management teams, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
  • Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the construction management team
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM, or similar) are a plus
