Summary

The job is for a Director position in recruitment at Pivot Point Consulting, focusing on EHR positions with a focus on Epic's clinical application suite. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 3 years ’ experience with Epic implementation or support
• Experience in screening candidates preferred
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Project Management experience preferred
• Active certification in EpicCare Inpatient or Ambulatory required ; additional Epic clinical or ancillary certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies, assesses, and recruits qualified talent to fulfill job orders with a focus on Epic’s clinical application suite
• Updates, reviews, and actively utilizes a candidate skills matrix in recruitment activities
• Performs weekly interviews in line with performance objectives
• Generates leads via professional relationships, candidate interviews, and other interactions that support business development/sales efforts
• Utilizes Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities
• Collaborates with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate
• Stays informed about healthcare industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
