Director, EHR Implementation

Summary

The job is for a Director of EHR Implementation at Pivot Point Consulting, a healthcare technology and consulting firm. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in Healthcare IT leadership roles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Healthcare IT leadership role(s) focused on consulting, delivery, or implementation management
• Strong knowledge of EHR systems, healthcare workflows, and regulatory requirements required
• Current or expired Epic certification(s) required

Responsibilities

• Serve as delivery leader in implementation and optimization client engagements
• Independently plan, execute, and lead implementation and/or optimization engagements of varying size and complexity
• Manage resource management, budget, forecasting and utilization reporting to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Develop client-facing roadmaps and project plans and position the firm for long-term revenue gain with clients and unified positioning sales opportunities
• Own, manage, and contribute to the development of service methodologies, best practices, and products
• Partner with Managing Director, Executives and Sales team on sales enablement and pursuit activities including proposal development and RFP/RFI responses

Preferred Qualifications

PMP or Six Sigma certification is highly desired
