Join Restaurant365 as Director, Field Sales and lead a team of seasoned sales professionals in driving revenue growth and establishing the R365 SaaS platform as the top backend restaurant resource. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, achieve buy-in from key stakeholders, and drive sales performance and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or combination of education and related work experience strongly preferred
- 7+ yearsβ demonstrated experience understanding SaaS outside sales environment and directly leading SaaS outside sales teams
- Demonstrate continual sales success with Mid-Market and SMB level clients in the restaurant industry with a history of exceeding quota in the market segments
- Experience developing and building territories from the ground up
- Ability to lead and motivate with a passion for coaching and developing talent
- Ability to identify and track metrics that demonstrate improvements and trends in sales productivity
- Experience with Salesforce and other sales technologies and best practices for enabling your team
- Ability to forge relationships across internal partners and collaborate and build consensus amid competing priorities across Product, Marketing, Customer Success
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills (i.e. operational metrics, product metrics, revenue metrics, program metrics)
- Excellent communication skills including public speaking, presentations, teaching, facilitating, and writing, as well as listening and interpretation skills
- Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities
- Strong sense of urgency and results orientation
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High degree of professionalism and integrity
- Experience with all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel up to 15% nationally as needed
Responsibilities
- Accountable for accelerating and improving sales performance and execution in this market segment
- Work with key stakeholders to develop and execute initiatives and tactical plans enabling the business to exceed financial targets
- Lead a world-class group of seasoned Sales Managers and Account Executives, partnering to close some of our largest and highest priority prospects
- Develop and execute on plans for the team to meet or exceed quota targets over monthly, quarterly, and annual periods
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and Account Executives and directly engage high-priority prospects to help sell the value of R365 and close large six-figure opportunities
- Maintain weekly reporting and meetings for Sales Managers and their teams
- Report progress and pipeline to the Chief Sales Officer
- Help support full cycle sales representatives in prospecting/discovery/demo/negotiation best practices
- Hold team accountable to weekly/ monthly/ quarterly goals
- Ownership of CRM best practices and data integrity
