Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic finance, accounting, and revenue operations from early stage through version three of growth at a startup

• Ability to Manage Accounting and financial controls
• Experience with financial software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, financial ERP systems)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support Slang.ai's growth from Series A to Series B and beyond
• Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Implement and manage accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead revenue operations, including billing, collections, and revenue recognition
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team to drive business decisions
• Manage investor relations and fundraising efforts, including preparation of financial statements and investor communications
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
