Summary
Join SevenRooms as the Director of Global Account Management and lead a team of Account Managers across multiple regions. Develop and implement a global account management strategy to drive customer retention and revenue expansion. This role requires 8+ years of experience in account management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing global teams. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing global teams
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and expansion within a SaaS or technology company
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing, globally distributed teams
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage executive-level clients
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess performance, identify trends, and drive strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both internal teams and external clients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt strategies to evolving business needs
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global account management strategy to drive customer retention, revenue expansion, and overall client satisfaction
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Managers across different regions, ensuring alignment with company goals and best practices
- Drive revenue expansion through renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities, ensuring targets and quotas are met or exceeded
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor to reinforce the value of SevenRooms
- Establish and optimize account management processes, playbooks, and metrics to enhance efficiency, performance, and scalability across global markets
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless communication, alignment on customer needs, and delivery of world-class service
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and provide insights to drive continuous improvements in customer engagement and revenue growth
- Support SevenRoomsβ international growth strategy by tailoring account management approaches to different markets and customer segments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the hospitality or marketing technology sector is a plus
