Summary

Join DeepIntent's Analytics team in NYC as a Director of Client Insights & Analytics. You will manage client communication, lead measurement initiatives, and present data-driven insights. Requirements

  • 8+ years of working experience in working in the digital marketing / media advertising field
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably with a concentration in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 4+ years managing high performing analytics teams
  • Required experience working in health / pharma media and measurement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting with the ability to convey complex concepts in a way that is easy for clients, internal teams, and non-technical partners to understand
  • Experience with tools, such as SQL, Python or R, and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau or Google Data Studio to combine various data sets for ad hoc and diagnostic analyses
  • Experience analyzing and drawing recommendations from large datasets using various analytics software
  • Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using analytics and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing applicable recommendations for clients

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage client conversations, particularly around DeepIntent measurement and media differentiation, customizing data presentation to client needs
  • Lead the execution of client measurement initiatives using a standardized framework to assess optimization, performance insights, and campaign effectiveness. Advocate for data-driven decision-making
  • Serve as the main point of contact for analytics discussions with advertisers and agencies, presenting data, campaign performance, insights, optimizations, and value effectively
  • Provide recommendations for campaign measurement and optimization to meet or exceed client and internal KPIs and benchmarks
  • Identify and propose strategies to enhance client objectives, effectively communicating our value proposition and striving to exceed client expectations
  • Manage and develop a diverse team of direct reports, optimizing workflow, and enhancing process efficiencies. Act as a key point of escalation for resolving issues and fostering a positive resolution environment. Train the team on best practices in presentation, visualization, and storytelling
