Summary
Join Cielo as a Responsible Business Client Director and shape the company's strategic Responsible Business client and product strategy. Work with the Senior Vice President to lead with insights, identify emerging trends, and serve as a subject matter expert on Responsible Talent client strategy globally. This remote position requires knowledge of global RB (ESG) and EDI best practices, local laws, and advisory experience in EDI, ESG, or Sustainability. Responsibilities include strategic TA planning, advising clients on future talent strategies, researching market insights, and acting as an SME for Responsible Business. The role also involves improving attraction and selection processes, working with Client Delivery, and partnering with legal and compliance teams. The director will lead a team of Responsible Business Coordinators.
Requirements
- Sustainability / ESG qualifications preferable
- Experience of strategic TA planning and understand of full talent cycle (e.g. skills-based hiring, AI impacts, talent agility)
- Experience of establishing and delivering Responsible Business (ESG) through best practice frameworks (e.g. GRI, SASB)
- Experience global RB (ESG) and EDI best practice, local laws and legislation from various regions
- Product development and commercial acumen
- Digital transformation and AI knowledge / experience
- Project management and change management skills
- Reporting & Analytics
- Understanding of Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), UN Global Compact Principles, UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), International Labour Organization Standards (ILO) essential

Responsibilities
- Weave strategic TA planning and future talent cycle methodologies (skills-based hiring, AI impacts, talent agility) into client offerings and developing leading market insights
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to clients helping them define and execute future talent strategies focused on utilizing expertise on the future of work, responsible business (ESG) and inclusivity in AI automation
- Research, analyze and weave into client solutions the latest intelligence, thought leadership and market insights related to ESG, future of work, inclusive recruitment
- Act as the SME for Responsible Business (ESG) advising on sustainability methodologies and reporting frameworks linked to TA
- Act as an SME for RB and Inclusive TA advice globally with technical expertise across various regions EDI best practice & local legislation
- Interpret horizon scanning insights to support valuable insights and execution supporting client strategies
- Develop approaches to continuously improve and debias attraction and selection processes through an expertise of best practice skills-based hiring methodologies
- Work closely with Client Delivery to understand specific RB TA requirements including how we create and measure value creation
- Serve as subject matter expert on RB and ED&I best practices working with Bids and Sales helping to weave in transformational and innovative approaches to wider Cielo proposals
- Stay ahead of global EDI and ESG trends, policies, and regulations, ensuring continuous innovation and compliance
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure client adherence to global EDI and RB standards
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Advisory experience on EDI, ESG, or Sustainability within a talent acquisition, HR, or consultancy setting preferred
