Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and engineering
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a technical role
  • Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP (multiple cloud platforms preferred)
  • Strong background in cloud-native technologies and DevOps practices
  • Advanced certifications in major cloud platforms
  • Experience with enterprise digital transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project and people management capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex cloud transformation initiatives and architectural decisions
  • Provide technical oversight and guidance to multiple project teams
  • Establish and maintain technical standards and best practices
  • Drive cloud-native solution design and implementation strategies
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients
  • Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions
  • Present complex technical solutions to C-level stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities and solution development
  • Participate in technical proposals and client presentations
  • Help identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new service offerings
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams of engineering managers, principal architects, cloud architects and engineers
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple client engagements
  • Provide career development guidance to team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements
  • Experience with microservices architecture
  • Background in agile methodologies
  • Industry-recognized certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.)
