• Proven experience in managing data platforms and ingestion pipelines, with a strong background in relevant tools
• Extensive experience in data governance, data quality management, and the implementation of data tracking solutions
• Demonstrated success in managing and leading a team of data professionals
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving strategic objectives
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the ingestion pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable data flow
• Administer and optimize data platforms to support robust data operations
• Ensure the integration and operation of data systems align with business objectives and deliver accurate, timely insights
• Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations
• Implement and manage data quality frameworks and processes to maintain high standards for data accuracy and integrity
• Monitor data governance activities, manage Data SLAs, and address issues proactively to ensure data is actionable and reliable
• Oversee the implementation and management of event tracking to capture and analyze user interactions and behaviors effectively
• Develop and maintain the semantic layer to facilitate consistent and meaningful data interpretation across the organization
