Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering
• 5+ years in leadership role, including 3+ managing managers
• Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex software products

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Rad AI Reporting Product engineering team
• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap
• Ensure the engineering team adheres to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor top engineering talent
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product priorities and delivery schedules
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project status
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable reporting solutions
