Join Rula as their Director of Finance Systems and manage and optimize the infrastructure for all Finance systems, including NetSuite, Pigment, Ramp, Bill, and Hex. Drive operational efficiencies, automate manual processes, and empower the Finance team. Lead system implementations, updates, and manage the overhaul of the chart of accounts, including overseeing data migration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and maximize efficiencies. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of experience managing finance systems (including NetSuite), and strong project management skills. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience managing finance systems, including NetSuite
- Strong project management experience, particularly in leading system implementations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and automation
- Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the infrastructure for all Finance systems, including NetSuite, Pigment, Ramp, Bill, our new procurement tool, the month-end close tool, and Hex for revenue reporting
- Drive operational efficiencies
- Automate manual processes
- Empower the Finance team to enhance its support for business needs while ensuring the implementation of relevant SOX controls
- Take on project management responsibilities for system implementations, updates, and managing the overhaul of the chart of accounts, including overseeing data migration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Accounting, FP&A, Financial Operations, Procurement, HR, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Analytics to streamline processes and maximize efficiencies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with managing large volume transactions
- Experience with data migration and chart of accounts restructuring
- Certified NetSuite Administrator (highly preferred)
- Experience with Pigment, Ramp, Bill, and Hex or similar
- Background in high-growth startup environments or digital health
