Join our team as a leader in quantitative trading, overseeing token and exchange market-making operations. You will lead and mentor trading teams, define team goals, and drive research initiatives. Requirements

• Have a total of more than 5 years in quantitative trading with a minimum of 2 years of trading experience in the cryptocurrency space
• Have a proven track record of success in high-frequency and market-making environments
• Possess a deep understanding of token market-making and exchange market-making business models
• Have familiarity with crypto market structure, trading platforms, and APIs
• Demonstrate experience managing trading teams, including performance management, mentoring, and resource allocation
• Possess strong decision-making skills under pressure
• Have an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
