Requirements

  • Proven strong and solid hands-on experience in product management, with a significant portion in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience in applying systems thinking to complex business challenges
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with long-term business objectives
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring product managers, with a focus on developing strategic and systems-oriented thinking
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of product development, with the ability to engage with engineering teams at a deep level
  • A track record of solving complex business problems through innovative and sustainable systems, rather than short-term tactics
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to dive into details and work hands-on when needed to drive product success

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies that address business challenges through comprehensive systems and processes, ensuring all parts of the business are considered and optimised
  • Define the product vision and roadmap with a focus on long-term goals, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives
  • Work closely with teams across the organisation, including engineering, operations, and customer support, to create solutions that address root causes rather than symptoms
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, encouraging a culture of deep thinking and problem-solving
  • While maintaining a high-level strategic focus, be willing to roll up your sleeves to dive into specific problems, offering both leadership and practical solutions
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, ensuring they are backed by comprehensive analysis and insight
  • Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices across the product lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in PPM software is a plus
  • You are dedicated to elevating client and co-worker experiences , knowing that exceptional work centers on serving others
  • You adapt swiftly to new business demands , understanding that change fuels collective and individual growth
  • You excel in communication, effectively connecting in remote/hybrid environments using tools like Slack, Zoom, and G Suite and through occasional in-person events
  • You have exceptional coaching , mentoring , and people development skills
